JOB SUMMARY
The America’s Wholesale team is seeking a new role to support the execution of Brand and department priorities and maximize impact. This person will support objectives across all categories of business by helping to refine future strategy, operating models and key milestones. This role has key partners across Sales, Planning, Marketing, IT, Finance, Logistics, DTC, Field Team and external partners, so must be a consistently strong collaborator and partner.
Brand Strategy
Refine tailored global partnership strategy to evolve brand experience online and in-store – set benchmarks in order to monitor progress
Leverage customer insights to refine our strategy and investments (Marketing, Product, Activations) in order support our brand acquisition and loyalty goals
E-commerce evolution – Drive progress in building brand storytelling and discovery across critical touchpoints – in close partnership with sales and brand marketing
Support our progress in outlining and proposing merchandising opportunities within existing and new classifications, based on market research and partner insights
Track and measure against determined market share goals; research and analyze new opportunities
Apply consistent strategy across Domestic and International players
Lead Evolution of Partnership Models
Determine opportunities to evolve beyond existing business models with keen understanding of our key internal strategies as well as individual partner objectives
Explore, model, and recommend unique formats that balance brand and financial strategies
Collect & leverage best practices across partners, across the industry, and among competitive brand set
Outline opportunities to leverage brand positioning to further incorporate Eyewear and F&B within channel
Review considerations and make proposals for long-range impact; flag investment needs, resource requirement to support and financial risks
Strategic Project Oversight
CRM / Customer insights
Provide Project Management support for strategic cross-functional projects to ensure alignment across all critical stakeholders and that we achieve the stated business outcomes
Manage projects from start to finish, including research, analysis and assessment, recommendations and implementation
EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate both direct and adjacent teams
Strong collaboration and creative problem solving skills
Strong analytical and business acumen
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
8-10+ years’ experience working in consulting or dynamic retail organizations
