URBN: Assistant Recruiter - Design

Overview

The Assistant Recruiter is responsible for identifying potential candidates with relevant skills and experience for Brand positions.  This person will need to develop strong relationships with Brand partners and continually source the best talent for Hiring Managers. They are also responsible for understanding the best places to market open positions, search for proactive candidates and identify opportunities for networking. 

Responsibilities

 Recruiting/Research

·         Recruit for temporary/ part time, entry level and mid level roles across the Design departments

·         Create, post job requisitions and source candidates for open positions

·         Post job requisition through Success Factors as well as other relevant websites including social media, networking sites and colleges

·         Review and disposition candidates in Success Factors

·         Enter profiles and attribute new prospects into SF, update existing information when needed

·         Continue to conduct entry level/exploratory phone screens/interviews to create pipeline of candidates

·         Ensure that the candidate experience is well executed and tailored to the needs of the candidate. 

·         Create ad-hoc and scheduled reports through Success Factors

·         Research and identify relevant industry events and tradeshows to build the Design network

College/Internships

·         Support the Internship program by participating in recruiting meetings with colleges, including off site visits.

·         Assist in recruiting and reviewing candidates for internship positions

·         Assist with summer Internship requisition posting in Success Factors and HireVue

·         Posting maintenance; ie. moving into candidates video interviewing bucket, emailing prospective candidates to schedule to invite to interview

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
