Digital Commerce Operations Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Accountabilities:

  • Oversee A/B Testing and Optimization project management, including:

    • Manage the lifecycle of A/B testing and personalization experiment execution process

    • Manage calendar of tests and optimizations

    • Manage timelines and deliverables for each item

    • Manage agenda for weekly meeting

    • Surface opportunities for process improvements and implement changes

  • Prioritize A/B test dates based on urgency and/or business benefit

  • Ensure the team’s needs are represented in project timelines and for hitting agreed upon launch dates

  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to meet feasible and timely execution of testing and/or personalization activities

  • Lead the tag management process on global sites

    • Help maintain tag submission process and tag documentation

    • Work with legal, IT, eCommerce regional leads and media teams to conduct quarterly tag audits

    • Work with IT to manage site speed impact of tags

    • Ensure tag management setup and practices are GDPR compliant

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of work experience in eCommerce or website operations

  • Strong background in project management with great interpersonal skills

  • Experience with site management tools such as content management systems, tag managers, digital catalog, etc

  • Learns quickly and is eager to learn about multiple areas of site management

  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and highly motivated self-starter

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision

  • High-performing individual and team contributor
