Digital Commerce Operations Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
Accountabilities:
Oversee A/B Testing and Optimization project management, including:
Manage the lifecycle of A/B testing and personalization experiment execution process
Manage calendar of tests and optimizations
Manage timelines and deliverables for each item
Manage agenda for weekly meeting
Surface opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
Prioritize A/B test dates based on urgency and/or business benefit
Ensure the team’s needs are represented in project timelines and for hitting agreed upon launch dates
Collaborate with cross functional partners to meet feasible and timely execution of testing and/or personalization activities
Lead the tag management process on global sites
Help maintain tag submission process and tag documentation
Work with legal, IT, eCommerce regional leads and media teams to conduct quarterly tag audits
Work with IT to manage site speed impact of tags
Ensure tag management setup and practices are GDPR compliant
Qualifications:
3+ years of work experience in eCommerce or website operations
Strong background in project management with great interpersonal skills
Experience with site management tools such as content management systems, tag managers, digital catalog, etc
Learns quickly and is eager to learn about multiple areas of site management
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and highly motivated self-starter
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision
