    JOB SUMMARY

    The role of the project manager is to own, execute and follow up on all projects supporting Wholesale – Operations, Maintenance, Visual and Store Design.  This candidate must be detail oriented and resourceful.  The role partners closely with the Wholesale Field team and the Tory Burch Corporate team.  The candidate must be based in New York.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Store openings, renovations and maintenance

    • Work with all partners to maintain budgets, timelines and vendor relationships

    • Order all visual props & track

    • Maintain monthly maintenance log and follow up

    Capex

    • Maintain capex budget, timelines and follow up

    • Updates and shares monthly with team

    Seasonal visual popups and updates

    • Work with all partners internal and external to execute installations and removals

    • Manage budgets and timelines

    • Support approval process

    Calendar and Communication

    • Own calendar for Wholesale field team

    • Communicate – all updates, changes, deliveries, RTV’s, Price changes, etc.…

    • Share weekly with all partners

    Training and Motivation

    • Gather and create materials to be shared with the Wholesale field team and external partners seasonally

    • Contest execution and follow up

    Manage Photo library

    • Maintain monthly photo library on the shared drive for all categories and partners

    • Request images when needed from the Field Team

    • Support all categories with images and content for seasonal decks and management decks

    EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

    • 4-6 years Retail Experience preferred

    • Corporate experience required in Visual, Retail, Wholesale, Merchandising or Project Management

    • Managerial experience mandatory

    • Must be able to travel 25%
