    The Contract Recruiter is responsible for managing the talent acquisition process for hiring corporate talent. Key client groups include: Merchandising, PD, Creative, Technology/Digital, Finance, Legal, and Distribution & Logistics


     

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Own the Talent Acquisition process from inception to first day of employment in line with our overall global approach with emphasis on defining core job responsibilities with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

    • Own a candidate-oriented hiring process to ensure we deliver timely feedback to candidates and maintain ongoing dialogue throughout the hiring process.

    • Act as key point of contact regarding recruitment for all hiring managers and talent development partners for the teams you support while providing updates on a regular basis.

    • Own metrics with regard to all aspects of the hiring process for your open positions with goals of improving visibility of progress, reducing cycle time, maximizing existing networks / employee referrals and reducing hiring costs.

    EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

    • 5+ years of recruitment experience

    • Experience in Retail / luxury experience a plus

    • Highly collaborative and team-oriented

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface comfortably at all levels both internally and externally (encompasses verbal, written, listening)

    • Able to establish a high level of trust and credibility in the organization.

    • Comfortable with ambiguity

    • Ability to work autonomously

    • Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks

    • Strong computer skills with experience using a web-based ATS required; Workday Recruiting experience a plus

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
