  • JOB SUMMARY

    The Head of HR Operations provides oversight of HR processes and systems to drive optimal delivery of HR products to employees globally. This includes management and continuous improvement of systems environment, data governance, vendor management, and HR projects to enhance the employee experience and provide the ability to scale. The position will oversee the HR operational team members and work closely with HR colleagues and key cross functional teams to align on commercial solutions at scale that balance consistency and flexibility on our global delivery model.


     

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversight of HR Operational team, including outsourced vendor providers

    • Ongoing review of alignment of HR operational resources to talent roadmap

    • In collaboration with cross-functional partners, management and ongoing prioritization of operational roadmap

    • In collaboration with HR partners, lead efforts to ensure seamless delivery of key performance, learning, recruiting, engagement, benefits, and compliance processes

    • Oversight of HRIS delivery model, inclusive of integration infrastructure and vendor management

    • Oversight of audit and compliance environment that mitigates operational risk

    • Oversight of operational governance that identifies optimization opportunities

    • Oversight of employee inquiry model

    EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

    • Minimum 8 years leading operational teams

    • Experience with HRIS management, in particular Workday and Docebo

    • Experience with managing outsourced vendor providers

    • Bachelor’s Degree

    • Preferred multi- industry experience supporting headcount of 1000+.

    • Experience with developing and leading organizational transformation initiatives

    • Strong knowledge of the US State and Federal Labor Laws

    • Ability and passion in maintaining vs. building

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface comfortably at all levels both internally and externally

    • Able to establish a high level of trust and credibility in the organization

    • Ability balance working autonomously with leveraging HR and cross-functional partners

    • Highly collaborative, ability to nurture and work in fast paced, team oriented environment; strong emphasis on team building through training, coaching and mentoring

    • Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks

    • Strong computer skills, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable software
