JOB SUMMARY
Tory Burch is seeking a Senior Associate of Loyalty to manage and support customer loyalty initiatives. This role will support VIP experiences, loyalty programs/initiatives, and qualitative insights. This individual will collaborate with various business units to drive loyalty efforts and optimize customer value. Reports to the Senior Manager, Loyalty.
JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
VIP EXPERIENCES
Drive top customer community engagement (in partnership with a 3rd-party vendor)
Improve VIP gifting process
LOYALTY PROGRAMS/INITIATIVES
Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Buying, Creative, Email, Client Services, Distribution Center, Digital Marketing, Digital Product Management, Planning, Site Experience) to manage end-to-end execution of loyalty offers
Support the launch and enhancements of new loyalty programs
Collaborate with Retail Marketing on loyalty-related events and initiatives
Work closely with Product Marketing to drive direct mailer programs
INSIGHTS
Collect qualitative insights inquiries, design and analyze customer surveys to drive actionable insights for various business units
Conduct research to understand loyalty competitive landscape
EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years relevant experience in marketing and/or customer loyalty
Experience with driving end-to-end customer loyalty programs/initiatives
Experience designing, launching, and analyzing customer surveys
Analytical and data-driven to track performance and enhance programs/initiatives
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player with the ability to build cross-functional relationships to achieve team goals
