JOB SUMMARY
The Web Producer of Content and Promotions is responsible for bringing toryburch.com to life. Through cross-functional partnerships with creative, copy and buying teams, this candidate will produce monthly refreshes as well as promotional events and other special site executions in support of CRM.
JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
SITE PRODUCTION & PROMOTIONAL EVENTSResponsible for building out the site experiences for monthly refreshes, taking direction from the cross-functional airtable alignment meetings
Handle day-to-day site updates that include daily/weekly updates for upcoming emails and product updates on-site
Support the execution of US promotional events – including building out site experiences, creating promotional codes and ensuring successful execution on-site
Responsible for CRM event execution across both US and EU sites, including executing unique content in support of gifts with purchase, Birthday & Welcome promotions (including promo codes and disclaimers), and other CRM initiatives
Responsible for managing the site’s top hat messaging, coming up with monthly messaging, executing and reporting out on performance
MANAGING QA, SITE ARCHIVES & CONTENT REPORTING
Daily QA sub-cats, shops, content placement; and more extensive QA when it comes to launching refreshes and promotional events (ensuring linking is correct across site content and that promotional events are working as expected)
Own capturing monthly site archives of the website + after special events
Aid in reporting out on site content performance, including performance of HP elements, content banners, 2x1s, 1x1s, etc.
AB TESTING
Support the builds of site experiences for AB testing (helping create multiple versions of shops to test)
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years’ experience working in ecommerce (retail a plus)
Experience managing Calendars, Promotions and Events
Website platform experience in Adobe Experience Manager preferred
Ideal candidates would also have experience working in:
Project management tools: Airtable, Jira & Confluence
UX Design Collaboration tools: InVision
Microsoft Office tools: TEAMS, Advanced Excel, Powerpoint
