Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing and Diversity & Inclusion
SHADOW is hiring a Manager who will work across the Influencer Division and the agency's Diversity & Inclusion Council. The right candidate is interested and interesting. They are enthusiastic, connected, resourceful and pay attention to detail. The candidate we are seeking must have a minimum of 5 years of agency or in-house experience working on talent and influencer-based initiatives as well as experience in the D&I space.
Influencer Responsibilities Include:
Developing and executing celebrity and influencer proposals and strategies for brands in the fashion, beauty and CPG space
organic outreach and seeding as well as paid content programming, including but not limited to ad-hoc content creation, ambassadorships and campaign casting for Agency clients.
Communicate directly with Client and Internal Account teams.
Foster existing and cultivate new relationships with talent, influencers, managers, agents, stylists and assistants
Maintain an ongoing awareness of trends in the social media landscape, identifying new celebrity + influencer partnership opportunities especially those in D&I space.
Creating and compiling influencer lists, product send outs and drafting creative campaign briefs.
Strategic contract negotiations
Mentorship and management junior team members
Experience targeting Gen-Z, gaming, sneakerhead audiences a plus!
Management of metric tracking and reporting

As Part of SHADOWS D&I Council You Will:
With support from the agency executive team, oversee the broader agency diversity and inclusion goal-setting and strategy
Facilitate regular check-ins with the D&I team and its subcommittees to ensure progress tracking and to troubleshoot
Support the development and adoption of diversity and inclusion strategies and best practices both internally within the agency & with clients externally
Guide the SHADOW D&I calendar, including assistance with the annual planning and coordination of diversity programs and cultural celebrations/observations
Influence company culture, education, and marketing practices through a diverse and inclusive lens among others
What You Bring
A minimum of 5 years of direct experience
Extensive experience working across all social media platforms
Excellent relationships with talent, influencers, managers, agents, stylists, and assistants
Experience with booking talent for events and campaigns
Experience with celebrity dressing
Ability to perform within a fast-paced, multi-priority setting and have a passion for the entertainment industry and pop culture
Attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Knowledge of best practices and innovative thinking around diversity and inclusion efforts in a marketing context
Demonstrable experience working within successful D&I programs
Continued Education / Bachelor Master’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
