Account Director / Senior Account Director

We are looking for a talented PR executive to join our beauty division. This candidate will oversee a team to ensure all timelines and budgets are met, as well as serve as a daily point of contact for clients. This candidate will also oversee strategic influencer campaigns and lead the media relations for key accounts on the team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative, has excellent leadership skills and is a true team player. 

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in PR, specifically in beauty

• Strong media relationships and proven track record of placements and implementing strategic PR campaigns with tangible results

• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills

• Experience overseeing influencer campaigns
  

Responsibilities 

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media and influencers
  

• Ensure brand consistency and strategy in all efforts; working best with internal influencer and social teams to make it a 360 media campaign
  

• Organize PR activations both editorial and consumer

• Manage clients expectations and the team’s performance to meet those goals
  

• Create and coordinate creative successful PR campaigns

• Strategize with events team on any experiential activations and attend key events (travel included)

• Mentor junior staff
  

• Serve as daily contact with media and clients

• Strategize against client’s marketing calendar to develop robust PR plan  
  

• Strong prioritization skills for self and team
  

• Liaison with internal departments to best meet the KPIs and agency standards
