Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is to provide administrative support to a group of Recruiters (of all levels) in the areas of scheduling and candidate travel, report running, candidate expense reimbursement and offer letter creation. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Experience/Expense: Ensures that the candidate experience is well executed and tailored to the needs of the candidate. Manages the expense allocation associated with Candidate travel through the P-card system.

    • Meet and greet candidate when they arrive

    • Reimburse for taxis, hand out lunch vouchers and call cabs at the end of the day

    • Keep track of interview throughout the day, ensuring all Interviewers arrive on time, contact if needed, update any tentative Interviewers if they need to meet beforehand

    • Note any room changes throughout the day

  • Offer Letters: Creates candidate offer letters for Temporary and Intern New Hires

  • Reports: Create ad-hoc and scheduled reports out of Success Factors including:

    • Weekly Priority and Offer Reports

    • Bi-weekly Priority reports by area

  • Research: Provides research support when required.

    • Enter Candidate information into Success Factors system

    • Maintain interview dates as they are set

    • Assist in posting new roles in Success Factors

  • Projects: Works on special projects related to Candidate experiences.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
