JOB SUMMARY
The Manager, Wholesale Ecommerce Marketing will work as a key player on the Integrated Marketing team and in partnership with the North America Sales team, drive the overall brand experience and customer journey on wholesale partner ecommerce sites. This person will also ensure brand creative standards are upheld on partners sites, lead the site experience component of key marketing campaigns, and proactively identify opportunities to improve site experience through discussion with partners, analysis of customer data, and competitive intelligence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In partnership with Business and Integrated Marketing leadership, drive the overall improvement of the e-wholesale experience.
Build brand guidelines and review with partners
Compile and share brand assets with partners’ site merchandising teams – editorial product imagery, video content as well as copy
Review and ensure accuracy of product naming before sharing with partners
Update brand boutiques seasonally
Monitor e-wholesale experience on an ongoing basis, identify issues and solve in partnership with wholesale accounts.
Review partners ecommerce sites for every site refresh: quality of imagery as well as accuracy of product names and product description copy
Identify any issue and define recommendation to address it
Work with partners’ site experience team to fix issues and develop recommendations to ensure sustainable and continuous improvement
Lead execution of the site experience component of key marketing campaigns.
Work with Sr Manager of Partner Marketing on strategies to integrate and amplify marketing initiatives on-site
Ensure proper program execution – asset and copy sharing, product assortment curation, etc.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve site experience through discussion with partners, analysis of customer data, and competitive intelligence.
Perform industry research to stay informed of digital trends
SKILLSET
4+ years of experience in an ecommerce marketing role
Experience within consumer brands, fashion/apparel or the US department store landscape is a plus
Strong understanding of digital – online marketing/e-commerce experience
Demonstrated ability to lead successful programs, from strategic development to implementation and analysis
Highly organized, with meticulous attention to details and deadlines
Strong analytical, project management and communication skills
Self-starter with a hands-on approach, good instincts for prioritization and the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Ability to identify and develop relationships with key internal and external partners
