Designer - Digital Production
Overview
The Digital Production Designer supports our in-house digital production team within the Creative Team to execute and deliver high quality assets across the Tory Burch & Tory Sport global brand.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for managing and delivering content for digital marketing channels including emails, banners, and site updates. The ideal candidate wields a keen eye for detail to spot differences in font, color, size, alignment and overall quality. The Digital Production Designer, in collaboration with the Digital Production core team will implement quality control to maintain consistent site production builds in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Support Sr. Production Designers and Art Directors focused on digital asset creation
Manage and follow brand guidelines and quality standards
Deliver clean, organized, layered working files for international business partners
Provide UX/UI specs pertaining to design layouts when applicable
Build interchangeable experience fragments for site content modules in AEM
Communicate and document issues. Provide steps to resolve
Work quickly, efficiently and effortlessly in maintaining deadlines
Other projects as assigned
Specific Job Knowledge
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Figma, Sketch, AirTable, Jira, (After Effects a plus)
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Basic Markup a big plus
Understanding of asset exporting best practices (quality, color profile settings)
Understanding of vector graphics creation and handling
Understanding of Digital Photography compression best practices
Experience planning and exporting for multiple devices (mobile, desktop, tablet)
Excellent communication skills and collaborator
Excellent time management skills. Ability to meet deadlines, ability to multi-task.
Experience working within a digital production team
Ability to work independently in order to accomplish tasks
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
3-5 years’ experience in related field
