The Position: We’re looking for Vice President.

  • Lead Global Omni Channel for the Retail Marketing, Wholesale Marketing, and Digital Performance Marketing teams. 

  • Responsible for the company’s core digital strategy and oversee the growth of all key Digital Marketing channels that drive traffic to the site.

  • Develop the long range, annual and seasonal marketing activities to support the digital omni channel of a global luxury brand.  

  • Partner with Creative, Fashion Office, and Brand Marketing teams to drive necessary digital, store creative assets and storytelling in support of the business goals. Partner with Merchants to drive the seasonal asset creation process to ensure that all required assets are delivered to serve the needs of the business.

  • Partner and provide leadership to global counterparts on evaluation and development of global performance marketing strategies to support company’s long-term growth strategies. 

  • Drive the vision for global marketing investment strategies (online and stores).

  • Engage the organization in managing customer relationships and leveraging customer insight to drive revenue through all channels on a global scale.

  • Partner closely with the Fashion Office, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Social Media teams to ensure that the brand communication strategy aligns with the investments that are being made. Measure the success through defined metrics and identify opportunities to increase customer engagement so that the Company can achieve its goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 10+ years’ experience in Retail, Brand, Direct-to-Consumer Marketing

  • Knowledge of CRM concepts.

  • Proven track record of converting data-driven analytics to gain consumer insights, drive targeted digital campaigns, optimize user experience, and drive conversion.

  • Hands on experience in designing and driving digital campaigns using channels such as paid and natural search, social, mobile, email display, affiliate and retargeting.
