Marketing Manager

Coveteur’s Marketing Manager builds world-class programs and pitch decks for our clients. The role coordinates with our sales, creative and editorial teams to craft impactful pitches and owns all branded content write-ups. The Senior Marketing Manager also manages inter-departmental workflow in pre-sale and serves as immediate sales support to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

    • Lead brainstorms for all inbound RFPs and proactive client proposal pitches

    • Create fresh, compelling pitches and proposals for clients -- both proactively and in response to RFPs

    • Manage Production, Sales, Social, & Edit for pre-sale deliverables & approvals to deliver on client deadlines.

    • Establish best practices for proposals via creative adaptation and logistical execution.

    • Ideate, draft, and deliver headlines, write-ups, and marketing pitches for all client proposals.

    • Leverage Coveteur's unique capabilities as appropriate including media, photography, video, social, events

    • Distill client input and feedback into programs that will accomplish client goals

    • Continue to establish Coveteur as the preferred partner for brands through innovation, creativity client service and responsiveness

    • Develop strong working relationships with sales, creative, editorial and other teammates

    • Manage upwards of 6x weekly proposals for sales.

    • Initiate a minimum of 3x first-to-market brand activations from ideation through close on a quarterly basis (i.e. new experiential effort, never-before-seen editorial program for sponsorship, etc.)

Requirements

    • 2+ years working on campaigns, ideally at a digital media company or publishing house.

    • Creative mindset

    • Ability to move in a fast-paced environment and manage upwards of 7+ projects at any given time.

    • Attention to detail & deadlines

    • Excellent marketing writing skills and ability to convey a compelling message succinctly

    • Ability to work in Keynote and PowerPoint

    • Strong work ethic and drive to produce excellent work on deadline

    • Passion for luxury fashion, beauty, wellness and other lifestyle brands

    • Social media savvy

    • Collaborative and team-oriented

    • Sense of humor and ability to work in an always changing, fast-paced creative environment
