This position is responsible for running Americas regional performance marketing for owned and licensed brands across the business, supporting the Digital Marketing Director with Paid Search and Amazon marketing strategy, execution, and campaign recap optimization/reporting.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Leverage global guidance and regional cross-functional partnerships to support Marketing strategy and vision for Americas region to achieve overall business goals 

  • Create effective, high-impact search plans for top owned and licensed brands by adapting Global brand priorities and direction, and executing on Americas regional strategy 

  • Develop SEM-specific monthly and weekly budget plans

  • Interface with internal merchandising teams to prioritize investments by brand and commercial goals

  • Partner with cross-functional internal and external business partners to drive Paid Search marketing strategy and own campaign calendar, execution, and optimization

  • Partner with CRM, Paid Social, SEO, and visual merchandising teams to manage creative development and approvals

  • Closely monitor industry changes/trends and translate those into proactive, actionable recommendations for region and share those opportunities with Global teams as appropriate

  • Mentor, guide, and manage direct reports to execute and run campaigns with excellence

  • Oversee campaign ROI and performance management for Amazon search channel

  • Allocate investment based on anticipated demand and sales plans

  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to cross functional teams, including senior management

  • Develop thoughtful investment and creative recommendations based on agency feedback and direct performance analysis
