    Tory Burch is seeking a Manager of Lifecycle Email Marketing to lead the global email program for personalized, triggered and transactional communications. This role will own end-to-end email campaigns and ensure successful implementation, from strategy planning to execution. This individual will drive best practices and program enhancements to optimize customer value & campaign results and continually push the email program to the forefront in relation to competitive and industry standards. Reports to the Director, Email Marketing.


     

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Design, build and optimize event-based triggered and transactional campaigns, supporting both online and in-store

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, Creative, Product, Tech, BI, Site Experience) to manage end-to-end campaign development

    • Partner closely with CRM and Creative teams to develop customer-centric campaigns, with segmented audiences across customer life stage and purchase funnel

    • Utilize understanding of data, tables, and APIs to build dynamic email templates

    • Develop and execute a robust testing plan to improve personalization, including product recommendations, relevant content and customized send frequency

    • QA all campaigns to ensure error-free execution of campaigns and links therein

    • Manage day-to-day with third-party email vendors and develop an understanding of their product features and capabilities

    • Drive greater relevancy in email channel by owning a target share of site traffic and revenue

    • Monitor and regularly report on performance of trigger and transactional programs

    • Identify, understand and implement industry best practices for triggered communications

    SKILLSET

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

    • 4+ years relevant experience in email marketing with strong knowledge of email platforms

    • Basic understanding of HTML, XHTML, CSS, SQL, previous Sailthru experience preferable

    • Experience with creating impactful trigger campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle

    • Experience creating and managing basic segments (e.g., new customers, recent buyers) and associated communication strategies

    • Analytical and data-driven to track performance and optimize campaign performance

    • Excellent project management and organizational skills

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Team player with the ability to build cross-functional relationships to achieve team goals
