JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Designer will support the Art Director in creating a high quality, on-brand digital experiences for the Tory Burch customer. In this role you will develop and scale new digital experiences for our key marketing messages. This position is also key to maintaining a consistent design aesthetic for websites, emails and digital advertising. The design must inspire and inform the customer as well as the internal team. It will also communicate the inspiration behind the brand, seasonal collections and trends. In this role you will help us elegantly merge content and commerce.
JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively design layouts/comps in collaboration with the editorial team to create compelling stories in line with each season’s inspiration and campaign.
Create compelling site experiences, email marketing campaigns and digital ads using existing templates and help explore new templates throughout the season
Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, easy to use and emotionally engaging
Collaborate with copy team and art directors to concept seasonal messages
Ensure consistent creative across all digital channels
Research and share current trends
Ensure the level of excellence in all creative with a keen eye for typography, graphic design, illustration and animation.
Digital production as needed
SKILLS:
5+ years of experience in graphic design; International brand experience a plus
Passion for and understanding of fashion/luxury e-commerce
Excellent typography skills
Fundamental understanding of design and branding best practices
Strong conceptual abilities, sophisticated sense of color with a high attention to detail
Animation experience is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities to effectively deliver on deliverables and deadlines; Strong organizational skills
Mastery of design and prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Cloud and Invision)
Experience working cross-functionally and synthesizing respective input with agility; gives and receives feedback well
Able to confidently present and speak to work in both written and verbal formats
