JOB SUMMARY:
The Digital Retoucher is responsible for retouching Images for Tory Burch’s e-commerce platform with a focus on e-com product imagery. Works closely with the Retouching team to assure post-production standards are met and remain consistent through revisions and quality control. A Mid-Level Digital Retoucher who can thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced & deadline-driven environment
JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Retouch a variety of e-comm product categories, including handbags, shoes, RTW laydowns, jewelry, on Model and editorials
Collaborates and communicates well with Post Production Manager, Retouchers, Art Directors, Stylists and Photographers
Partner with key members of the Digital Operations Team in order to consistently elevate brand imagery
Use technical skills to achieve high end retouching, compositing and color matching for all web based imagery
Utilize multi-layered non-destructive editing processes
Knowledge of actions, standard file structure, masks, and clipping paths
Works quickly and efficiently in a deadline driven, high-volume environment
Team player with the ability to maintain relationships within a small department and with multiple business partners
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3-4 years of digital photo retouching experience, with an emphasis on product imagery
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop and Bridge
Must have an unparalleled level of attention to detail
Self-sufficient problem solver willing to take initiative, but can take direction within a small team
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively across team and departments when completing assignments
Must be reliable, have time management skills and be well organized
Must have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in order to meet deadlines
Knowledge of Global Edit, AEM platforms and Airtable a plus
