Senior Apparel Production Coordinator
The Senior Production Coordinator will utilize their organizational and information management skills to support the Director of Production. They will be responsible for planning and managing seasonal production budgets, sourcing and tracking raw materials, updating and maintaining all production data and information using Full Circle, and coordinating work with vendors. They will assist with project management, vendor communications, and quality control.
Essential Duties
Plan seasonal production budget, including allocation and management of resources on a weekly basis
Source and track raw materials, assuring timely and accurate entry into physical and digital inventory
Manage and update all production data using Full Circle, Monday.com and Excel
Input cost sheets
Work with vendors on projects, assuring accuracy, quality and timelines are met
Drive to local vendors if needed
Required Skills and/or Experience
Bilingual – English and Spanish essential
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an apparel production environment
Proven ability to manage and share data effectively
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Tech savvy with strong computer skills
Experience using an apparel ERP – Full Circle preferred
Fabric and garment construction knowledge
Some experience with PLM systems
Must be able to work independently and take direction
Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. and be moderately physically active throughout the workday
Preferred Skills
AA or BA in Fashion or Apparel Production
