    The Manager of Marketing Operations will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of workflow across the Integrated Marketing team. This role will manage the milestone calendar, project timelines, and deliverables. In addition, this role will drive the Creative briefing process, ensuring all briefs are delivered on time with the right information and via the proper channels.


     

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the Marketing milestone calendar, ensuring operational alignment with Merchandising, Buying, Channel, Creative and Regional teams

    • Partner with Integrated Marketing leads on seasonal project plans, aligning all work to established systems and processes

    • Act as quarterback of project plans from planning to execution by connecting teams and making sure information flows between stakeholders

    • Act as lead operational problem solver, anticipating and mitigating challenges and escalating risk when necessary

    • Manage Marketing readiness for Creative intake, ensuring creative is briefed on time with the right information via the proper tools

    • Facilitate Marketing kickoffs and ongoing Alignment with Creative, ensuring strategic intent and tactical requirements are fully communicated

    • Act as the bridge between Global and International Marketing teams, sharing updates in strategy, planning, and deliverables

    • Manage external agency project plans, ensuring alignment to internal systems and processes

    • Maintain accurate record of Integrated Marketing budget from planning to end of year closure in partnership with Finance

    • Evangelize our systems (tools and technology) to drive adoption and train teams in their proper use as necessary

    EDUCATION AND PRIOR EXPERIENCE

    • 6+ years Marketing experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager

    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with matrixed stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables

    • Highly effective at prioritization across multiple projects

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Comfortable leading projects through ambiguity, and ability to pave a way forward when next steps are not always clear
