Position Overview
We’re looking for someone to work with our (totally awesome) Content team and manage the Birchbox voice across multiple platforms. We’re sharp and slightly irreverent, and our members respond to that. You will be working with our existing social community, enlarging it, and getting additional value out of it.
You will work closely with all departments of the company, from customer operations to brand partnerships, to execute our social media strategy, measure its success, and develop innovative ways to further engage our audiences and build a community around our brand. You will have the chance to engage with our most dedicated users to help add their voices to the Birchbox world.
This role is located in our Barcelona office.
Responsibilities
Create all social media content (from videos & images to copy) with the aim of driving engagement and building a community
Assist on photo and video content shootings
Create high quality content in different digital and social platforms (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Blog, Website)
Manage the daily content on numerous social platforms (including Tiktok, Facebook and Instagram)
Assist with community management. Answer Facebook and Instagram comments and direct messages in both ES and UK markets
Analyze feedback received by customers and draw conclusions to adapt our social media content accordingly and boost engagement
Work closely with team stakeholders to put great copy at the heart of all our content
Ensure brand consistency through tone of voice across all content
Stay up to date on trends and conduct market research on other beauty retailers
Requirements
Native level of English & fluent in Spanish
1+ year in social media, content, or marketing position
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to create original content for social media
A plus for knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Premiere
