We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our award-winning in-house creative agency maintain a high standard of client services, be in charge of the planning and execution of various projects and maintain renewal. This key role requires a reliable and self-motivated individual who wants to join a fast-paced and creative environment. This individual should also have extensive experience in leading and executing branded content projects varying in complexity which may include but are not limited to production, events, and display elements.

YOUR MISSION:

• Lead client communications as point of contact for the project Planning, organizing and managing client projects from start to finish

• Planning, organizing and managing client projects from start to finish

• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Foresee challenges or obstacles and take action to minimize impact

• Collaborating with different creative teams, production, sales, editorial and with global project management counterparts

• Record revenues, track costs and maintain accurate profit and loss statements for individual projects

• Work closely with the team to improve workflows and processes

YOUR SKILLS:

• 3 - 4 years of Project Management experience in the creative industry

• Strong organizational and problem solving skills

• Resilient and able to handle multiple projects at all times

• Understanding of the Highsnobiety aesthetic and readership

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English mandatory

• Ability to work well under time pressure

• Ability to think analytically

• Enjoy working in a forward-thinking, dynamic team
