Sr. Director, Marketing Operations

JOB SUMMARY
The Sr Director of Marketing Operations will lead the development and optimization of global Marketing systems and processes that enable efficient workflow across the team. Working closely with Creative Operations, this leader will design a new and scalable end-to-end planning and orchestration process that drives clarity on roles, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables. Additionally, this leader will ensure day to day on-time, on-track of all marketing workflow as well as manage marketing readiness for creative briefing.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Accountable for designing and implementing the end-to-end marketing process and intersections - bringing the right meetings, deliverables, and people together with the right responsibilities
Manage seasonal marketing milestone calendar
Drive alignment to workflows and timelines with Merchandising, Buying, International, and Creative teams
Ensure overall on-time, on-track of all Marketing workflow
Monitor Marketing readiness for Creative intake, ensuring creative is briefed on time with the right information via the proper tools
Communicate status and changes to Creative Ops
Manage content strategy and shot list briefs to Creative
Ensure all external agency project plans are complete and fully integrated into Marketing and Creative workflows
Partner closely with Creative Operations to ensure synchronization of intersecting Marketing and Creative milestones
Oversee ongoing optimization of the end-to-end process by identifying and making recommendations for improvement across the value chain
Evaluate systems (tools and technology) and make recommendations on necessary investments to improve efficiency
Qualifications:
10+ years in project management
Strong expertise in process and system design
Ability to navigate large, matrixed global organizations
Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
