JOB SUMMARY
The Business Partner Operations Associate provides oversight of business partner processes to drive optimal delivery. The position will work closely with business partners and key cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement of activities, including process, system configuration, data management, and key projects that enhance the overall employee and business partner experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
In collaboration with business partners and HRIS, identification and prioritization of system enhancements
In collaboration with business partners, lead key projects across the project management lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration oversight, testing, and change management
Day to day management of business partner business as usual activities that mitigate operational risk, including
Management of key data audits
Organizational chart management
Workday transactions
EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Bachelor’s Degree or commiserate work experience
1-2 years of human resources operational experience
Experience with Workday
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface comfortably with internal and employees
Highly collaborative, ability to work in fast paced, team oriented environment
Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks
Strong computer skills, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and other applicable software
