Position Overview
Launched in 2016 as an extension of the iconic brand, Fredsegal.com brings the in-store experience online by showcasing multi-brand newness and the Fred Segal collection we're looking for a detailed oriented, organized and driven person to support our growing Ecommerce business.
This is an entry level position reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, the Website Associate will support daily ecommerce functions in addition to digital marketing efforts and ensuring brand and product integrity across all retail channels. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter who is able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Add and manage all product data and product enrichment in key systems across all sales channels.
Download images, video and copy internally, make necessary edits and upload to website.
Ensure brand alignment across all channels including but not limited to fredsegal.com, Instagram shop, and Facebook Commerce.
Constant site auditing and merchandising as new brands are onboarded.
Maintain organization of Dropbox folders of all digital/ecommerce assets
On-site product merchandising to align with key campaigns to increase sales, conversion and site aesthetics
Identify and communicate opportunities for online usability improvements based on experience and feedback
Attend meetings and take notes with clear takeaways and deadlines for the team
Organize and track website metrics and data; create reports as needed
Support organizing digital marketing assets for advertising and email marketing
Skills:
Interest in ecommerce and digital marketing
Strong communication skills as well as other business-related disciplines
Comfortable using different technologies, management systems and third-party tools
Understanding of retail environment
Comfortable working on several projects at once and prioritizing based on business needs
Effective interpersonal skills, able to develop working relationships at all levels
Exceptional time management, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
Solution seeking self-starter with excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Computer Science or related subject required
1 -2 years of relevant working or internship experience preferred; in multi-brand apparel or consumer goods with a focus on web merchandising, digital marketing and analytics, CRM or customer service.
