about the role

Old Navy is growing and with that, our teams too! Old Navy is building out it’s very own agile team to create uniquely Old Navy brand experiences and to generate customer love through our new loyalty program, NAVYIST Rewards! No loyalty experience? No problem! We are looking for passionate brand builders, previous consumer brand experience a plus.

what you'll do

  • Develop innovative design solutions

  • Develop solutions for marketing materials, including but not limited to: Loyalty program digital assets (email, site, etc), retail needs (signage, store collateral), crm, and branded systems, based on direction provided by the Art Director.

  • Initiate concepts and work independently and /or with Sr. Design leadership

  • Present multiple solutions per project.

  • Manage timing and deliverables for project work

  • Must be able to handle a number of projects simultaneously.

  • Must be responsible for managing workload calendar, and deliver work on time.

  • Will work with Sr. designer and Creative Manager on expectations and flow.

  • Direct Assistant Designers and Production Artists.

  • Review all mechanical art produced by Production Artists.

  • Review color separations with Print Production Department

who you are

  • BA in Graphic Design or related area

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years working in an Advertising agency or Design Studio environment

  • Thorough knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark, In Design.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize.

  • Proficient on a Macintosh.

  • Strong knowledge of printing process and color separations.

  • Must be physically able to use computer and artist tools.
