Director of HR
At Everlane, we want the right choice to be as easy as putting on a great T-shirt. That’s why we partner with ethical factories around the world. Work with high quality and more sustainably sourced materials. And share the true cost of every product we make. But there's a lot more work to be done, and we're excited to be growing a team of motivated humans that are up for the challenge.
Earlier this year, Everlane hired a Chief People Officer who has been instrumental in setting the foundation for the People function. The goal of the People team is to establish and lead programs that will support and foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture. In order to achieve these goals, we need the right people and programs in place. Through our goal setting process, we’ve identified the need to add a new Director of HR to our team.
The Everlane People team is in building mode and this role will be expected to jump right in with us! As a leader on the corporate HR team, you will be expected to work with our senior leaders to develop their people strategies and then play a hands-on role in the implementation. You will have a strong team reporting to you, but at Everlane, we all play an active role in execution. We are actively seeking to enhance the employee experience and ensure that it is consistent with the Everlane mission and values.
The Director of HR will be based out of our home office in San Francisco and will report directly to our Chief People Officer.
