Assistant Manager, Global PR Communications

Overview

The Assistant Manager of Global PR will be responsible for three key areas - administration and project management within specific categories and initiatives, support within the team on the build of 'Tiffany for The Press' website, and offer logistic support to Director of Global Events Strategy.

Responsibilities

Global PR Programming

  • Oversee annual audit of all global press assets, programs and regional needs.

  • Support in the build of strategic approaches across initiatives and launches.

  • Liaise with regional PR teams to ensure efficient and consistent program planning, development and reporting.

  • Liaise with regional PR team to ensure timely reporting.

  • Act as cross functional partner on development of required assets and PR toolkits.

  • Feedback on cross functional business goals to align with development of PR strategy.

Brand Storytelling Website

  • In addition to maintaining the press website as a repository of necessary assets, evolve the page to become a destination for timely news and information about the brand’s latest collections, initiatives, events, partnerships and stores, with an editorial lens and conversational voice, and in a visually compelling and intuitive format.

  • Develop and manage a content calendar that complements the Global PR team’s editorial strategy with supporting brand storytelling on the press website and across our Digital channels.

  • Ensure regular alignment across Global PR, Creative, Brand Management, Internal Communications and other key stakeholders on the cadence, topics and timing of brand storytelling.

  • Identify new ways of working in order to streamline processes and improve collaboration.

  • Measure press website traffic and engagement against benchmarks to validate and inform the content strategy.

Global Event Strategy

  • Support Director to continually develop and elevate ideation on global events.

  • Act as point person for the Regions on rollout of consumer facing/instore events.

  • Provide support in the logistics of event execution.

  • Provide ongoing competitive analysis for Global PR team on luxury brand events landscape.

Administration

  • Cross team support on reporting.

  • Run schedule of team meetings with Global and Regional teams.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate college degree, preferably in PR/Communications.

  • At least 4-5+ years of related experience.

  • Well organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.

  • Ability to manage and operate under tight deadlines.

  • Ability to manage budgets on multipe projects with multiple vendors.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Ability to analyze and anticipate collateral and image needs.

  • Experience managing and developing employees.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Non-traditional work hours including nights and weekends when necessary.
