Summary: Integral member of small marketing team, executing multi-pronged strategy that spans campaign photoshoots, social-media content creation, brand activations and public relations initiatives. 


Responsibilities 


Photo Shoots: 

  • Assist and support in the planning and pre-production of look book, content and ecommerce shoots, including casting of talent, studio, styling, etc.

  • Be on-set at all shoots to support with production needs.

  • Be on-set at all shoots to either take or manage social content creation.

  • Image asset distribution in partnership with graphic designer on a seasonal basis

  • Manage invoice reconciliation post shoot. 

  • Provide a list of asset needs from each shoot (detail shots, videos, bts, etc)


Social Media: 

  • Assist and support in the planning and production of social-first content creation in collaboration with creative team.

  • Support the execution of social strategy where needed under direction of social media manager.


Copywriting: 

  • Support team with copywriting needs as necessary, including but not limited to email, site and initiatives. 



MARKETING SUPPORT:

Retail: 

  • Communicate regularly with retail store stylists and studio managers.

  • Support any retail traffic driving initiatives including partnership launches, parties, dinners, etc.

  • Create assets for associates to send out to stylists and top clients.

  • Manage asset production needs related to retail/events.



Wholesale: 

  • Work cross-functionally with wholesale team members to traffic samples for market needs, photo shoots, etc. 

  • Attend and support market meetings and Joor shoots when needed.

  • Support co-op advertising asset needs

  • Coordinate seasonal market assets for market in partnership with graphic design/copy.


CELEBRITY/INFLUENCER:

  • Create seasonal lists of curated celebrity and influencer muses for strategic gifting (to include friends of the brand + Andrea’s contacts)

  • Initiate a monthly influencer review with marketing team to align on key partners for paid and organic gifting.

  • Source lists of key celebs/influencers for brand specific marketing initiations and collaborations

  • Develop relationships with key partners and invite talent to stores for socially distanced styling sessions

        

GIFTING/SAMPLES:

  • Partner with VP Marketing & Dir. Of Dig Creative & Brand Comms to identify key gifting styles each season that are aligned with wholesale and DTC investments

  • Manage inventory and product gifting including packaging and sending out product.

  • Oversee sample and gifting sending outs.


PRESS:

  • Support in creation of seasonal and project specific press releases, work to identify key press outlets and pitch long / short lead press stories in partnership with Director of Digital Creative

  • Monitor and distribute daily press hits.

  • Conduct virtual press days and/or appointments to push seasonal collection.



Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 1-3 years previous experience in retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or other fast paced environment. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and a car

  • Professional attitude, behavior and willingness to learn and be a team player.

  • Highly organized & self-motivated individual who takes initiative.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team-member.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills & the ability to communicate with team members at all levels.
