We are seeking an Analyst, Web and Mobile. This role sits within our technology department (insights, tools and analytics team) and serves as an important connection between the business and tech sides of our organization. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing and web teams to track user journeys, identify trends and guide marketing and business using web analytics data flowing through multiple channels.
Our ideal analyst would be able to take charge of our multifaceted web analytics, and be able to use our business intelligence tools to guide and visualize data for business stakeholders. Excellent communication skills are required, as well as someone with a good team spirit who will integrate well across our data, web commerce and marketing business units.
Salary Range: $65,000 min to $110,000 max, based upon experience.
This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Understand and guide the traffic of web analytics events through our consumer-facing platforms, working closely with the front-end engineering teams
Plan internally with BI and data engineering to warehouse e-commerce events into something usable for our product and marketing teams
Work closely with the manager and strategist to help clearly define metrics used by the business organization and improve our self-service data infrastructure.
Build strong relationships with our marketing and engineering teams
Qualifications:
2-4 years’ experience with ecommerce web analytics platforms (Segment, GA Universal and GA4)
Experience with Looker (or similar BI platforms)
Strong written and verbal communication
Working knowledge of SQL (Select Statements, Table Joins, Subqueries)
Ability to work independently while considering the perspectives of multiple simultaneous stakeholders
Open-mindedness about using multiple traffic channels effectively with different systems
Experience or interest in Luxury Fashion Industry
Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Braze
Interest in predictive modeling
