THE ROLE 

• Develop and support existing Wholesale business alongside Global team, including but not limited to; planning  of seasonal budgets based on market feedback and product performance, processing orders, reorders, and  RTVs, analyzing selling reports and identifying re-order opportunities. 

• Assist in the planning, logistics and preparation of special events, product activations (capsule collections) and  selling campaigns for Pre and Main/Runway collections 

• Produce presentation materials, spreadsheets, linesheets and customized business reports for analysis and  review. 

• Find and deliver solutions for Wholesale Account inquiries in a timely manner; providing product attributes,  sample requests, Available To Sell (ATS) reports, researching/analyzing data to address client needs. • Proactively identify and alleviate potential issues, ensuring consistent level of service, project deliverables and shipping of goods 

• Adjust and prioritize around last-minute demands, organize and schedule appointments, meetings, events and  other engagements. 

SKILLS 

• High aptitude with information systems (ERP, Joor, Excel, data management). 

• Dedicated to working with information systems in order to provide information that is clear, meaningful,  professionally presented and organized _ 

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience within a luxury Wholesale environment. 

• Experience working within ERP systems;. 

• Proficient understanding of retail mathematics. 

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel (functions and formulas),. 

• Proactive and flexible with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility  

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

• Ability to travel internationally up to 15% of time
